Meet The Team

Jen Condon- Dental Hygienist

Jen started working with Harmony Dental in 2004. She graduated from Central Community College with a degree in both dental hygiene and dental assisting. In addition to cleaning our patients' teeth, Jen provides deep cleanings and patient education. She likes learning how to implement our high-tech tools for optimal patient care. Making patients happy is her number-one goal.

Spending time with her husband and two sons are an important part of her life after office hours. She also likes skiing, hiking, and spending time at the park with the boys.

Tyna O’Connor- Office Manager

Tyna joined our team in 2009. She comes to us with not only dental office experience but also the experience of being raised by a dentist. Tyna genuinely loves working with people and helping them in reaching their goals.

Tyna and her husband are new to Fort Collins and are loving every minute of this being their new home. When they are not at work they love to spend as much time outdoors as possible. On the weekends if she isn’t out on an adventure she is busy planning her next one.

Nicci Chismar- Dental Assistant

Nicci first joined our team in 2001. She has been in the dental field since 1995. Nicci graduated from Front Range Community College in dental assisting. Nicci loves every aspect of her career; everything from the team she works with, to their wonderful patients. She also values how the practice is always learning new ideas and techniques to improve oral health and patient comfort.

After house Nicci enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. They enjoy traveling, camping and playing sports together.
